For the quickest response, please text me after completing the screening form and mention in your message that your screening has been submitted.
I generally begin reviewing messages between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM each day.
My backup number is 480-817-9940. This number may be used when I have reached my texting limit on my primary Google number.
For outcall requests, please include the name of the hotel where you will be staying.
A FEW IMPORTANT REQUESTS
Please do not wear cologne. I appreciate arriving fragrance-free.
If you have been recently vaccinated or boosted within the past couple of years, please do not request an appointment.
I also appreciate courteous, well-written communication. Please avoid slang or overly abbreviated messages. Complete sentences and a respectful introduction make a wonderful first impression.
Examples of messages that will not receive priority:
